Duplex Steel Fasteners a.k.a Duplex Stainless Steel Fasteners are main product line for BoltPort Fasteners. This includes manufacturing and supply of duplex 2205 fasteners such as bolts, screws, stud bolts, threaded rods, nuts, washers, dowel pins, and other custom bolting components. We offer both metric and imperial sized fasteners in duplex alloy 2205. Duplex stainless steel 2205 fasteners are produced from premium quality rolled bar stock or forged bars with latest material specifications. Boltport can manufacture alloy 2205 fasteners in ASME, DIN, ISO & other international dimension standards. These duplex fasteners are also available in equivalent grades F51, UNS S31803, f60, S32205, DIN EN 1.4462 and Uranus 45n.

Toggle2205 fasteners are incredibly durable and withstand high temperatures. They are ideal for use in offshore oil and gas environments, where they are exposed to extreme pressures and harsh chemicals. Duplex 2205 Threaded Rod are easy to weld and have good tensile strength. They are also resistant to fatigue, another critical factor for offshore operations.
The main advantage of using super duplex steel fasteners is their corrosion resistance. They can resist corrosion in various environments, including seawater, sour gas, sulfuric acid, and other acids. Alloy 2205 Screws also resist stress corrosion cracking, a common problem with many metals.
Another benefit of 2205 stainless steel fasteners is their excellent weldability. They can be welded easily, even in thick sections, which is helpful for welded pipes and flanges. They can also be welded without the use of a filler metal.
The maintenance of the alloy 2205 fastener is straightforward and inexpensive. They should be inspected for signs of corrosion, cleaned and lubricated regularly, and checked for wear and tear. If the fasteners are damaged, they should be replaced immediately. 2205 Duplex Bolts is also essential to remember that stainless steel can become embrittled in conditions above -50°C. This is why keeping the temperature in your facility as low as possible is critical.
